Kyle Monroe
Founder | CEO

Kyle is a native of East Chicago, IN. Growing up, Kyle was a multi – sport athlete excelling in football and continued his playing career at Indiana State University. Kyle graduated with his bachelor’s degree in operations management and analysis. After college, Kyle worked in the NFL for the LA Rams and the Indianapolis Colts in Public Relations.

After working in the NFL for a few years, Kyle decided to pursue his passion in operations management. With a 12- year stint in operations, Kyle has worked in large capacities reaching executive level leadership positions with fortune 500 companies. Kyle moved to the Atlanta area in 2020 and during that time, Kyle continued his education and received leadership certifications from Harvard University.
